Global University Village is hiring confident and motivated Telecallers / Admissions Callers to connect with students interested in studying overseas. The selected candidate will call student leads, understand their requirements, explain our services, schedule counselling sessions, and follow up with interested students.

Key Responsibilities
- Call students who have enquired about studying abroad through advertisements, website forms, social media, and other channels.
- Understand each student’s preferred country, course, budget, academic background, and intake.
- Explain the company’s study-abroad counselling, admission, application, and visa-support services.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions counsellor.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update student details, call notes, lead status, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
- Maintain a professional and helpful approach while speaking with students and parents.
- Coordinate with counsellors for smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment-booking targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confidence while speaking on calls.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and computers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up regularly and handle student queries politely.
- Target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, education counselling, or customer support will be preferred.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
