- Explain products and services clearly to customers and help them choose the right option.
- Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the team lead and follow up until they are resolved.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
