SENIOR MIS ANALYST – MANAGEMENT REVIEW & PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior MIS Analyst to own and strengthen our MIS, KPI, Management Review and Performance Monitoring Systems. The role will work closely with Senior Management and Functional Heads to convert operational and business data into accurate reports, actionable insights and performance-driven decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MIS & Management Reporting
- Own daily, weekly and monthly MIS and management dashboards.
- Consolidate, validate and analyse data from Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Finance, HR and Projects.
- Prepare Management Review Packs, KPI Scorecards, dashboards and exception reports.
- Track Actual vs Target, Plan vs Actual, trends and variances.
Management Review & KPI System
- Coordinate the Management Review / Performance Review System.
- Monitor department-wise KPI/KRA performance, targets and action plans.
- Maintain Management Review Action Tracker and drive timely closure with functional owners.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and critical deviations and escalate to management.
Manufacturing Performance Analytics
- Monitor key metrics such as Production, Productivity, OEE, Capacity Utilisation, Quality, Rejection, Downtime, OTIF, Inventory, Cost and Delivery Performance.
- Provide meaningful trend, variance and exception analysis to support management decisions.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Improve MIS through automation, dashboarding, standardisation and system integration.
- Coordinate with ERP / software teams to improve data availability and reporting.
- Drive data accuracy, reporting discipline and timely submission across functions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 7+ years of relevant experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Business Analytics, Performance Management or Business Intelligence.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS dashboards and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing Management Review Reports / MRM presentations and tracking action points.
- Strong ability to work with Senior Management and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work with strict reporting timelines.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Applications or related discipline. MBA / relevant PG qualification preferred.
