We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our e-commerce services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and more.
This is a high-impact role suitable for someone who understands B2B sales, can confidently pitch services, and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch BUSINESS MIND’s e-commerce marketplace services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the operations and service delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
- Identify new market trends, partnership opportunities, and growth channels.
- Represent the company in online/offline events or client meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, IT, or B2B services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command over MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and seller services.
- Existing network of potential e-commerce clients or brands is a plus.
