Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in filing Safe-T or reimbursement claims on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho preferred).
- Good understanding of e-commerce returns processes and claim policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining reports.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor all customer returns across marketplaces.
- File and follow up on Safe-T and reimbursement claims on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho portals.
- Collect supporting documents (invoices, shipment proofs, videos, images) for claim submission.
- Verify returned product condition and coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.
- Maintain claim status reports and ensure timely escalation for pending or rejected claims.
- Identify common claim issues and suggest preventive actions to minimize future losses.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on claims, return trends, and recovery percentages.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
