- Actively identify and pursue potential customers in the assigned territory, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, and architects. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets for TMT products (volume and revenue) within the assigned territory. Coordinate with dealers and distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products. Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and assist with other administrative tasks related to sales operations. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyse competitor activities, and identify emerging industry trends. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, promotional activities, and a seamless customer experience. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. A good understanding of TMT steel products and their applications is crucial. ASO's need to be customer-focused and possess strong customer service skills. Candidate Profile Bachelor Degree in Commerce or related field. Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in TMT Sales
