Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at MMR Skills is a full-time, remote position focused on promoting the platform within college and university communities. Ambassadors will introduce MMR Skills to students and faculty, share information about courses and exam-prep resources, and represent the brand at campus events, online forums, and student group activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and hosting virtual or on-campus info sessions, delivering short presentations, distributing digital promotional materials, and gathering feedback from learners. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with student organizations, collaborating on marketing campaigns, tracking outreach results, and reporting insights to the MMR Skills team. Ambassadors are expected to act as a trusted point of contact, helping peers understand how MMR Skills can support their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Presentations skills to engage peers, explain platform benefits clearly, and represent the brand confidently.
- Marketing and Sales abilities to promote programs, support campaigns, and encourage sign-ups and active usage.
- Networking skills to build relationships with student groups, faculty, and campus organizations.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, with an active presence in student communities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
- Interest in education, skill development, and helping peers access learning opportunities; prior campus leadership or ambassador experience is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with social media and online collaboration tools to support digital outreach and reporting.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
