To assist in managing pharmacy operations efficiently by ensuring safe dispensing practices, regulatory compliance, inventory optimization, and high-quality patient care in line with hospital and NABH standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily pharmacy operations (IPD, OPD, Emergency, Retail)
· Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
· Maintain inventory levels and monitor expiry/stock
· Ensure compliance with NABH and statutory regulations
· Manage pharmacy staff and duty rosters
· Ensure accurate billing and cost control
· Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and vendors
Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid registration. MBA preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years in hospital pharmacy with supervisory experience.
