Job Title: Store Manager
For Moulding Manufacturing Plant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee inventory, material storage, and plant operations in a moulding manufacturing environment. The candidate will ensure efficient stock management, timely material availability, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Implement inventory control practices to minimize losses and optimize storage.
- Supervise store personnel and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain documentation in ERP systems and Google sheets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably moulding/plastics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, Google sheets and Plant operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
