Job Summary
Kinza Industrial Estate LLP is seeking a highly experienced Retired Government Civil Engineer to provide technical guidance, statutory liaison support, and project advisory services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in government engineering departments such as PWD, CPWD, Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, or similar organizations, with strong knowledge of government approval processes and construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for industrial, commercial, and residential development projects.
- Coordinate with government departments for approvals, NOCs, inspections, and statutory compliances.
- Review engineering drawings, DPRs, BOQs, estimates, and project specifications.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with applicable building codes and government regulations.
- Advise management on infrastructure planning, project execution, and cost optimization.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and regulatory challenges.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and legal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
- Support tender evaluation, contractor selection, and project monitoring.
- Represent the company during meetings with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Eligibility
- Retired Civil Engineer from a Central/State Government Department, Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, CPWD, PWD, or equivalent organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 20 years of relevant government service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, government procedures, and statutory approvals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
