Duties & Responsibilities:
General
- To promote a safe working environment for staff
- To lead by example and create a work culture of clinical excellence and job satisfaction

- To be familiar with and promote the use of company policies and procedures
Operational
· To have operational responsibility and accountability for clinical activity in the region
· To maximise clinical team efficiencies by utilising the team in the best possible way,
including:
o Reporting staff utilisation figures to Director of Nursing (DON)as requested (annual
o leave, training, sick leave)
o To maintain staff competencies and ensure review of competencies annually
o Arranging any further training provision in order to maximise efficiencies
o Working with BD to promote services where skills are present but under utilised
o To provide KPI reports to DON as requested
Quality of care
- To be responsible for quality of service provision in the region through:
o To undertake audits of the service in the region using the audit standards provided
o by DON including unannounced audits and announced audits
o Staff performance reviews, including appraisals and Performance management
o (disciplinary)
o Reporting and resolving of any customer concerns or complaints and supporting
o staff who have been implicated in a complaint
o Quality Indicator monitoring and reporting
o KPI reporting to DON
Resource management
- To be responsible for staff recruitment based on workload requirements by:
o Interviewing using company recruitment forms
o Close liaison with HR to ensure correct company files are maintained

o Liaising with DON and HR to ensure induction programmes are planned and that
o staff attendance is 100%
- To be responsible for staff performance:
o Monitoring clinical incidents and reporting to DON as requested
o Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents and preventative actions and reporting
o to DON
o Termination of contracts if required in consultation with DON
Business Development
- To provide BD support to the BD Team as required
- Attend conferences, presentations as required by BD Team
Core Responsibilities
- Scheduling visits & coordinating for logistics if required.
- Coordinating for equipment availability / consumable availability to Nurses, HCA’S, and
- Organizing duty roster / leaves / training calendar.
- Should coordinate all initial assessment and conversions.
- Reporting to Unit head & coordinating for day to day activities as directed.
- Coordinating for staff incentives / travel allowances / overtime and appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with GNM or B.Sc (Basic) or B.Sc (Post-Basic) or ANM qualification
- 10+ years of total work experience in a hospital
- Min. 5 years experience working in an administrative capacity

- Should be a good communicator

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
