We need a clear-spoken, confident Telecaller to handle customer and dealer inquiries generated through online platforms (IndiaMART, Meta Ads, Website) and coordinate order closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call verified inquiries (B2C customers looking for home jhulas and B2B dealers looking for wholesale stock).
- Share product photos, dimensions, specifications, and price quotes via WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up on pending quotes, negotiate standard pricing, and close bookings.
- Pass qualified high-ticket or bulk-order leads to the field sales team.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead stages, and status remarks in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in telesales, customer support, or inside sales (freshers with sharp communication skills can apply).
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Polite telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
