Role Overview
We are looking for a Cutting Incharge who can manage and execute multiple cutting styles simultaneously. The role requires handling cutting data efficiently, ensuring precision, and supporting the master cutter in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and input cutting data for multiple styles at once.
- Coordinate with the master cutter to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accuracy in measurements and cutting layouts.
- Optimize fabric usage to reduce wastage.
- Support production team with timely cutting schedules.
Requirements
- Prior experience in garment/fabric cutting data management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in work.
- Ability to handle workload and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge for cutting data entry.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
