Job Summary
Konnak Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Multi-Disciplinary) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of an industrial EPC project. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, client requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Plans, and Inspection Checklists.
- Review project specifications, engineering drawings, vendor documents, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate inspections with contractors, consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
- Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Preventive Action Reports (PARs).
- Verify material receiving inspections and material traceability.
- Review Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection certificates, calibration certificates, and vendor quality documents.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, and quality audits.
- Monitor contractor quality performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in project progress meetings and quality review meetings.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC for industrial EPC projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Chemical, Fertilizer, Power, Renewable Energy, Cement, Steel, Water Treatment, or Process Plants is preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹1,382,125.68 per month
