- Operational Support: Assist the manager with daily operations, including scheduling driving lessons, managing staff rosters, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in clients, handle phone calls and emails, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a high standard of service.
- Staff Management: Support the manager by training new instructors, monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage student enrollment, process paperwork, maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper), and handle correspondence.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and driving school materials, ordering as needed to ensure the business is well-resourced.
- Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those related to driving instruction and safety.
- Financial Assistance: Aid the manager in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues that arise during shifts or with operations and contribute to finding solutions to keep the business running smoothly.
