We are looking for an experienced and reliable E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage the online presence of two Australian businesses — one specialising in engineering/tools and the other in home décor and lifestyle products.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling to international markets, particularly Australia, and should be comfortable managing both marketplaces and websites.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise listings on eBay Australia
- Create and manage Etsy listings
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Manage products on Facebook Marketplace
- Maintain and update our websites, preferably Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce
- Upload products, images, variations, prices and inventory
- Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
- Research relevant keywords and competitors
- Manage basic Facebook and Instagram business content
- Monitor marketplace messages, orders and listing issues
- Maintain accurate inventory across different platforms
- Prepare a simple weekly report covering sales, traffic, enquiries and listing performance
- Assist with marketplace account issues and communicate with platform support when required
Required experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience. Candidates should have worked directly with at least three of the following: eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Experience with Australian, UK, US or other international marketplaces will be strongly preferred.
Basic Canva/image-editing ability would also be useful.
Pay: ₹9,792.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
