Job Summary*
We are looking for a reliable Store Person to manage day-to-day operations at our medical store/pharmacy. You’ll handle inventory, assist customers, and ensure medicines are stored and dispensed as per guidelines.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Inventory Management*: Receive, check, and store medicines & medical supplies. Maintain stock records and ensure proper storage conditions as per drug guidelines
- *Stock Control*: Monitor expiry dates using FEFO/FIFO method. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels
- *Billing & Sales*: . Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately
*Store Maintenance*: Keep the store clean, organized, and ensure proper labeling of shelves
*Requirements*
- *Education*: 12th pass minimum. http://D.Pharma preferred but not mandatory
- *Skills*: Basic computer knowledge, good communication in Hindi/Punjabi
- *Knowledge*: Basic understanding of medicines, salts.
- *Documents*: Aadhaar, PAN, and police verification required
*Benefits*
- *Salary*: ₹12,000 - ₹15,500 per month based on experience
- *Timing*: 6-day week, 11-hour shifts.
