Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and transforming enterprise infrastructure across cloud, virtualized, on-premises, and network environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, VMware, Windows Infrastructure, Networking, and Automation, along with experience managing complex hybrid environments and cloud migration initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with global teams and contribute to strategic infrastructure modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud & Azure Infrastructure
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
- Support and execute cloud migration projects from on-premises to Azure environments.
- Manage Azure governance, cost optimization, resource management, and security best practices.
- Maintain Azure policies, landing zones, and infrastructure standards.
L3 Support & Project Delivery
- Provide Level-3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents and escalations.
- Lead technical troubleshooting across cloud, network, virtualization, and server platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services.
- Experience managing VMware environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
- Good networking knowledge including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell or equivalent automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
- Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel experience.
- Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
- Exposure to AI platforms, automation initiatives, or cloud governance programs.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
