Job Summary:
The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting company services/products, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct field activities. The role requires strong communication, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to management.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
