About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Pre-Sales Head to lead the pre-sales team and drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion support activities. The candidate will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, nurturing prospects, and ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
- Develop and implement effective lead management and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor inbound and outbound calling activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Maintain and improve CRM processes for lead tracking and reporting.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate project information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign-based lead generation activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tele-Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate sector will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
