Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will support marketing activities, assist in lead generation, and help expand the company’s market presence. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to start their career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Generate leads through field visits and client interactions
- Support the sales team in client coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and prepare reports
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Travel within the assigned region for business development activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
