Online Sales Executive – Textiles
We're looking for a proactive sales executive to handle leads from Instagram, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Call customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat orders.
- Maintain lead, sales, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate order status with customers when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales/customer handling.
- Textile industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and Excel.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + performance-based sales incentives.
