Job Summary
Support the CEO in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives. Provide structured analytical support, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth execution of business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and developing outreach plans.
- Support Founder in client pitches, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
- Track BD pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and generate weekly performance reports.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity sizing.
3. Client Servicing & Operations
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth implementation coordination.
- Track client issues, ensure timely resolution, and maintain SLA adherence logs.
- Participate in client review calls, document actions, follow-ups, and insights.
· Monitor product usage metrics for assigned clients and identify adoption gaps.
· Conduct basic product walkthroughs and share best-practice guides to improve utilization.
· Capture client feedback and route insights to the product team for enhancements.
4. Founder Office Support
- Prepare briefs, presentation decks, and analytical summaries for meetings.
- Track execution of action items across BD, marketing, and client servicing.
- Maintain weekly dashboards covering business pipeline, marketing performance, and client health.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
