Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Account Manager with a strong background in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Agency Client Servicing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency environment and a solid understanding of client communication, account management, and digital marketing services.
As the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners, you will manage client relationships, understand business goals, coordinate with internal SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Web teams, and ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and a seamless client experience across ongoing projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned agency clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and account coordination.

Understand client objectives and align internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Coordinate with SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, and Creative teams for timely execution.

Ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Handle client escalations, concerns, and delivery discussions professionally.

Monitor account performance, timelines, budgets, and overall account health.

Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and long-term partnership expansion.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Project Management, and Delivery teams.

Capture client feedback and proactively improve the overall customer experience.

Maintain strong communication, transparency, and stakeholder management throughout the engagement lifecycle.
