- Work with stakeholders to understand and identify business needs, goals and vision
- Interview stakeholders to generate functional requirements for development teams
- Writing story cards, requirement documentation and narratives which are clear, concise, comprehensible and which can be turned into code and tests by the project team
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with the goals and vision, by communicating the same through effective requirement writing to development teams
- Business analysis support to developers and QA team members during code development and change/implementation teams following sign off, to ensure maximum success upon launch of the new system
- On-going user acceptance testing to support short, iterative release cycles
- Identify and resolve issues with missing requirements/stories and conflicting requirements
- Unearth the root cause(s) of pain points, validating business opportunity or problem as an opportunity for a software solution
- Facilitate workshops and gain buy-ins for solution
- Collaborate with product owners, business sponsors, SMEs, testers, and development groups
- Proactively identify, analysis and resolve process issues
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
