Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales and renewable energy, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our solar energy products and services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions customers may have.
- Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations with our sales team.
- Maintain a database of customer information and track sales progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Previous telesales experience is a plus.
