Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/software accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Telugu.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
Eligibility
