Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate high-quality business leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent research skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify potential corporate clients through various online and offline sources.
● Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and other lead-generation platforms.
● Build and maintain a database of prospective clients with accurate contact information.
● Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce the company's corporate gifting solutions.
● Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team. ● Maintain daily reports of lead generation activities.
● Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
● Stay updated on market trends, target industries, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
● Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
