Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, stock control, and dispatch of stock. The role requires ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising warehouse personnel, and adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage and handling of stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Plan and coordinate daily dispatches according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
Optimize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Data Management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch planning, warehouse documentation, and stock reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent team management and decision-making skills.
