The Territory Manager – Annuity will be responsible for driving annuity and pension business by engaging with PSUs, large organizations, and NPS subscribers. The role focuses on retirement solutions, relationship management, and territory-based business development to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Drive annuity and pension business in the assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with PSUs, corporates, HRs, and nodal officers

Convert NPS subscribers and retiring professionals into annuity customers

Conduct meetings, presentations, and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions

Manage end-to-end territory operations including business development and revenue targets

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets

Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness

Experience in Insurance, Annuity, NPS, Retirement Planning, or Financial Services

Strong relationship management and business development skills

Experience in PSU/corporate handling will be preferred

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
