The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for the organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage visitors, answer phone calls, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the reception. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and proactive in handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services and procedures.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Ensure all office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.) is operational and report issues as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum [High School Diploma / Graduate Degree] (can adjust based on requirements).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
