Account Manager

About the Role :
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage multiple client brands while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our internal marketing team. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring campaign execution, and ensuring every brand achieves its business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee 8–10 client brands simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketers, Designers, Content Writers, Video Editors, and Developers to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise and guide the marketing team, where each marketer manages approximately 3–5 brands.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings, gather feedback, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and team productivity.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing client accounts.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
Requirements :
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
