We are looking for a smart and confident Education Counselor who can generate leads, communicate with students & parents, and guide them in choosing the right career path using our psychometric and AI-based career reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
- Talk to students & parents and understand their needs
- Explain our Career Clarity & Stream Selection Program
- Convert leads into paid clients
- Maintain follow-ups and client relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in talking to new people
- Basic understanding of career/education (training will be provided)
- Sales mindset & convincing ability
- Active on social media
