Job Summary
ECOG Core technologies is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and have the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Approach potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their business needs.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Support the sales process and assist in closing business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development goals.
- Participate in client meetings, business events, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- 0 – 1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and business development process.
