Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow (SPM) Developer with strong expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and supporting project portfolio management processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Financial & Portfolio Management
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies.
- Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)
- Experience with Agile Development, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Enterprise Architecture modules.
