Job Description
D'LIFE Home Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Interior Fit-Out Manager to support the execution of premium home interior projects. The ideal candidate will assist in site execution, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure quality standards, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the execution of premium home interior projects from site initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with designers, project engineers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Support project planning, reporting, and documentation activities.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding project progress.
- Support project handover activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or project execution.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works, modular furniture installation, and site coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
