Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Mixologist / Bar Executive / Assistant Manager to manage bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
- Ensure smooth daily bar operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
- Train and support bar staff when required.
- Promote upselling of beverages and signature drinks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in bar operations or mixology.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
