Mostech Business Solutions is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. This is a full-time Work From Home (Remote) position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our team virtually. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to achieve business objectives.
3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
4. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
5. Track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
6. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
8.Collaborate remotely with the design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills:
1. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization.
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote (Work From Home) environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
