Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations of the automobile dealership group, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, Customer Experience, Human Resources, and Business Development. The CEO will drive profitability, operational excellence, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and dealership expansion plans.
- Establish annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead vehicle sales operations across all dealership locations.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of OEM sales targets and profitability objectives.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Service & Spare Parts Operations
- Ensure efficient service workshop operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service revenue, productivity, and spare parts business performance.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain OEM standards in service and spare parts operations.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor key financial indicators including revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Customer Experience
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric culture.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and complaint resolution.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Strengthen the dealership's brand reputation in the market.
Human Resources & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing management team.
- Develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Review organizational structure and manpower planning.
OEM & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
- Ensure compliance with OEM operational standards and audit requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, financial institutions, vendors, and government authorities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and business forums.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Additional leadership or management certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
- At least 5–10 years in a CEO / COO / Business Head / Dealer Principal role.
- Proven experience managing multi-location automobile dealerships.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and OEM operations.
