Audit & Assurance, Client Excellence & Markets (CE&M) - Analyst

Work you'll do
As an Associate Consultant, Strategic Relationship Management on the Audit & Assurance team, you will be responsible for supporting client excellence activities, leadership programs, and stakeholder-facing processes that help strengthen priority client relationships.
Support client experience delivery, succession and deployment activities, leadership development programs, and other client excellence initiatives based on business needs and assigned pillar
Support US managers and senior managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, in-person event logistics, presentation development, and post-meeting output synthesis
Prepare executive summaries, recurring reports, database updates, templates, and other deliverables with attention to accuracy and timeliness
Analyze data sets, identify errors or missing information, resolve discrepancies, and provide observations and recommendations to US and USI stakeholders
Manage confidential information and communicate status updates, process improvements, and leading practices across onshore and offshore teams

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in business management
2-3 years of experience supporting project coordination, stakeholder support, reporting, or program operations in a team environment
Experience creating presentation materials and executive summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Experience preparing recurring reports, maintaining databases, and updating templates
Experience performing data management, data cleansing, and data validation
Experience coordinating with US and India stakeholders in a hybrid or virtual environment
Experience handling confidential business or client information
Preferred:
Experience supporting leadership development programs, succession planning, or deployment activities
Experience using Microsoft Power BI
Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve workflow efficiency
Experience supporting in-person meetings, workshops, or event logistics
Experience conducting secondary research and preparing summaries or debrief materials
