We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build their careers in both Business Development and Human Resources.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email and other online platforms.
- Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow up with prospects.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets.
- Assist in proposal preparation and client communication.
- Coordinate with the technical team during pre-sales discussions.
Human Resources
- Post job openings on various job portals.
- Source and screen candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate records.
- Handle onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
- Good internet research skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
