- Assist Service Advisors in receiving customer vehicles for service and repairs.
- Learn the vehicle reception process and prepare job cards under supervision.
- Understand customer concerns and accurately record service requirements.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians regarding vehicle repair status.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and estimated delivery time.
- Assist in explaining repair work, service charges, and maintenance recommendations.
- Support vehicle delivery by ensuring all repairs are completed and the vehicle is clean.
- Learn Tata Motors service procedures, warranty guidelines, and customer handling standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS systems.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and workshop departments for smooth service operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
