We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PCB Import Clearance & Purchase Executive to manage import documentation, customs clearance activities, procurement of electronic components, and coordination with international suppliers. The ideal candidate should have experience handling imports, logistics, customs procedures, and purchasing activities within the electronics or PCB manufacturing industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesImport & Customs Clearance
- Coordinate import shipments of electronic components, raw materials, and PCB-related products.
- Handle customs clearance documentation, including Bill of Entry, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners for smooth clearance of imported consignments.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and import-export policies.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs queries, and documentation discrepancies.
Purchase & Procurement
- Source electronic components, PCB materials, and consumables from domestic and international suppliers.
- Raise purchase orders and track supplier deliveries.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms with vendors.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement activities accordingly.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of imports, purchase orders, invoices, and logistics documents.
- Coordinate with finance for duty payments, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Prepare import cost analysis including freight, customs duty, and landed cost calculations.
- Support statutory audits and compliance requirements related to imports and procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Additional certification in Import-Export Management is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and import documentation.
- Understanding of HS Codes, DGFT regulations, and import compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with international shipping and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
