Job Description: Front Office Executive / Secretary
Reporting To: Founder (TMJ Specialist)
Position Summary
We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-friendly Front Office Executive / Secretary for a specialized dental and TMJ clinic. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling patient communication, maintaining records, and assisting the TMJ specialist with administrative and clinic coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Welcome and guide patients professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Maintain patient records and appointment registers.
- Coordinate follow-ups and patient communication.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and waiting area management.
Communication & Administrative Support
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
- Maintain daily schedules and coordinate doctor appointments.
- Record incoming payments and maintain collection records.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining clinic data.
- Coordinate with labs, vendors, or other service providers when required.
- Carry out administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the TMJ specialist.
Clinic Operations Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front office area.
- Monitor office supplies and inform management regarding replenishment needs.
- Support overall clinic operations and patient experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office, receptionist, secretary, or clinic coordination role.
- Any graduate degree.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email, appointment software).
- Professional appearance and patient-handling skills.

- Ability to multitask and follow instructions efficiently.
- Punctual and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work closely with the doctor and maintain confidentiality.
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
Working Hours : 09:30am – 07:00pm
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
