Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our cafe team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, handling customer orders, and ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar ingredients and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about required items.
- Follow company standards for beverage preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related issues.
- Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good hygiene and grooming standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant environment.

Salary: ₹_____ – ₹_____ per month, depending on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹9,589.13 - ₹29,140.48 per month
