We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, performance testing, and security testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks, executing load and stress tests, identifying application bottlenecks, and validating application security. This role requires close collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.

Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.

Perform performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to evaluate application scalability and reliability.

Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Execute security testing, including vulnerability assessment and basic penetration testing.

Identify, report, and track security vulnerabilities and collaborate with development teams on remediation.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.

Create reusable test scripts and maintain automation assets.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

Participate in test planning, defect triaging, root cause analysis, and release validation.

Prepare test reports, performance metrics, and quality dashboards.

Promote QA best practices and continuous process improvements.

Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.

Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.

Strong understanding of load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing methodologies.

Experience in security testing using tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus, or similar vulnerability scanners.

Knowledge of common web security vulnerabilities, including those identified in the OWASP Top 10.

Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.

Relevant certifications in software testing, performance testing, or cybersecurity are a plus.

Design realistic workload models and performance test scenarios.

Monitor application performance metrics, including response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and database utilization.

Identify memory leaks, resource contention, and scalability issues.

Generate detailed performance analysis reports with optimization recommendations.

Perform vulnerability scanning and basic penetration testing.

Validate authentication, authorization, session management, and data protection mechanisms.

Assess applications against OWASP Top 10 security risks.

Verify remediation of identified security issues.

Work with development teams to improve secure coding practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in QA Automation with exposure to performance and security testing.
