1. Minimum 5-7 years experience in healthcare operations, business development or a related field.
2. Proven experience in diagnostics, radiology, pathology or imaging services preferred.
3. Strong business acumen, with track record of driving growth, managing P&L, budget oversight.
4. Excellent leadership, team-management and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multitasks, and prioritize effectively.
6. Familiarity with diagnostic workflows, clinical lab/imaging operations, process optimisation.
7. Good communication skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
8. Educational qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or equivalent, ideally with exposure to diagnostics/hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the centre’s business strategy in alignment with the organisation’s overall objectives: growth, market share, revenue, profitability.
- Oversee all operations of the centre: radiology/imaging services, pathology/diagnostic laboratory, sample collection, home-services, reporting workflow.
- Ensure process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, patient satisfaction and service quality (turnaround times, patient feedback, workflow optimisation).
- Manage the centre’s budget: revenue targets, expense control, capital expenditure, forecasting and reporting.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team: technical staff (radiologists/pathologists/technologists), operations staff (front-office, sample-collection, logistics), service/support staff. Provide coaching, performance reviews, training.
- Ensure strong leadership and maintain high standards of service, patient-centric culture, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH/NABL where relevant).
- Monitor and maintain quality, safety, equipment uptime, maintenance, vendor relationships and regulatory compliance (including sample integrity, imaging protocols, radiation safety).
- Provide input and partner with senior management for business planning, new centre rollout, technology investments, market expansion.
- Identify, pursue and establish new business opportunities: partnerships, collaborations with hospitals/clinics, marketing initiatives, lab-referral networks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
