Optical Sales & Testing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Optical Sales & Testing Executive to handle vision screening activities, basic eye testing, customer counselling, and optical sales. The candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary eye tests, guiding customers on frames and lenses, and achieving sales targets during camps and field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic eye screening and vision testing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses.
- Explain lens types, coatings, and optical products to customers.
- Generate optical sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain customer records and prescriptions properly.
- Coordinate with doctors and optometrists during activities.
- Ensure proper display and handling of optical products.
- Follow up with customers for order delivery and feedback.
- Support setup, operations, and reporting activities.
- Travel to different locations for camps and field operations as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of optical products and vision testing.
- Sales and counselling skills.
- Ability to work in field activities and travel regularly.
- Team coordination and reporting skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / Certification in Optometry or relevant field preferred.
- Experience in optical sales or eye testing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in opticals, eye clinics, or vision-related services.
