Meltwater is seeking a Client Success Representative, You will work side-by-side with senior Client Success Managers, taking ownership of the operational and analytical work that keeps clients engaged, informed, and on a path to renewal. This is a role for someone who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about
turning data into client value.
What You'll Do:
Platform Setup & Configuration

Configure and optimise Meltwater platform settings for new and existing clients, including
Boolean search queries, source lists, and alert parameters. -
Build and maintain client-facing dashboards that surface media intelligence in clear, visually
compelling formats. -
Own back-end setup tasks ensuring every client environment is accurate, current, and
aligned to their monitoring objectives.
Insights & Reporting

Analyse media and social data to generate meaningful insights that help clients understand
their brand performance, competitive landscape, and campaign impact. -
Prepare reports, QBR materials, and ad-hoc deliverables that translate platform data into
business narratives clients can act on. -
Proactively surface trends and anomalies in client data that could prompt valuable client
conversations.
Client Support & Engagement

Serve as a responsive point of support for client queries troubleshooting platform issues,
answering how-to questions, and escalating where required. -
Assist CSMs in preparing for client calls, account reviews, and stakeholder check-ins by
pulling data, drafting agendas, and building supporting materials. -
Help clients extract maximum value from the Meltwater suite through guidance, tutorials, and
on-the-spot coaching during engagements. -
Shadow senior CSMs across the full renewal cycle from health check reviews to value
conversations learning how to identify risk and protect revenue. -
Contribute directly to renewal outcomes by ensuring clients continuously experience value
throughout their contract term. -
Collaborate with the CS team on account planning, risk flagging, and renewal strategy for your
shared portfolio of accounts.
What You'll Bring:

0–2 years of experience in a client-facing, analytics, or operations role; fresh graduates with
strong internships are encouraged to apply. -
Highly analytical mindset you enjoy working with data and find satisfaction in making sense
of complex information. -
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to
stakeholders. -
Familiarity with media monitoring, Social Media, PR/communications, or SaaS platforms is an
advantage.
