Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Making cold or warm calls to potential clients to promote products or services, following scripts. Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints effectively. Lead Generation/Sales: Identifying customer needs, nurturing prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. Database Management: Recording details of conversations, updating customer information in the system, and tracking sales attempts. Follow-ups: Following up on initial contacts to secure meetings or close sales.
